Detailed Product Description

The characteristics and working processes are as the following: Put the feeding tank to the bottom, and then throw the waste pipes ( less than 400* L2000mm ) or materials in the die ( less than 550mm*1150mm ) into the feeding tank. The starting order is: absorbing fan, grinder, spiral conveying machine, main shaft motor, launching oil pump, then choose automaticstart, then the pushing cylinder will work automatically. When the amperage reaches the first fixed value, the pushing cylinder will stop automatically. When the amperage reaches the second fixed value, the pushing cylinder not only stop working but draw back a distance to protect the main shaft motor from over carrying and over-heat. During the crushing process, you need not stop the machine when the material needed to be crushed is less than 1/5; you can go on feeding the material to the standard under safe cases.

1)      The machine set employs PLC control and the whole crushing process can realize automation. Big feeding tank can meet the needs of 30 minutes working capacity. The operators can inspect and control the crushing from distance, which greatly decreases the noise harm to the operators and their labor intensity;

2)      The feeding motor adopts PLC control;

3)      The shell of the crushing room is made of thick-wall fine-quality structural steel which can bear big impacts and keep non-deforming. The fixed and moving blades are made of imported SKD11 cutlery steel with features of bearing big impacts. The space between fixed and moving blades can be regulated, and sharpened for many times. The moving blades can be used from all sides with a long service life of 4-5 years. The fixed blades are processed directly without welding;

4)      The charging opening is fixed at the upper part of the fine crusher and some small waste material can be fed in directly. The moving blades cabinet employs step type design making the cutting force disperse, which greatly changes the force condition of knife shaft and makes the big material grind in the fine crusher;

5)      The design is very proper and manufactured according to the drawings and technical documentations approved by standard process. The parts have enough intensity. Every welding and fastening part is firm and reliable. The welding line quality agrees with the rules of GB/T985-1988 and can be compared with foreign like products.

The machine set is of high production efficiency (the capacity can be 200-400kg/h), low energy consumption, compact outlook, high automation and lower cost, so it is the ideal equipment for the recycling of the waste large calibre pipes and big pieces of waste materials in the die;
